Il problema si verifica quando in una DocLIb è stato caricato un file con dei metadati obbligatori non completi.

Se il file viene caricato normalmente con “aggiungi documento” i campi obbligatori vengono richiesti e non sussiste il problema.

Se il file viene caricato in modo alternativo (trascinamento o salvataggio diretto da Office) il file viene caricato ma non è visibile agli altri utenti finché i metadati obbligatori vengono completati e il file viene archiviato.

Il problema principale é che non si possono caricare files con lo stesso nome perché il file è già presente non in modalità “estratto” e non visibile agli altri utenti

Per visualizzare i file non archiviati di tutti gli utenti:

aprire impostazioni raccolta

Scegliere Impostazioni raccolta

Selezionare > Gestisci file per cui non è disponibile una versione archiviata

A questo punto è possibile vedere il file estratto della DocLib in questione. Di conseguenza si può cancellare/completare i campi mancanti e archiviare
