The position

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will hold operational responsibility for the systems on which the company’s products and services rely. The scope covers Microsoft and Linux systems, virtualization and storage, networking and perimeter security, backup and disaster recovery. The role calls for an overall view of the infrastructure, rigor in execution and the ability to work closely with the development team, the SOC and our suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability, performance and security of the infrastructure, both in day-to-day operations and as it evolves
• Administer the Microsoft environment: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server SE, SharePoint Server SE, SQL Server
• Administer Linux servers, both internal and Internet-facing, with particular attention to hardening and patching
• Manage the VMware virtualization platform, the VDI and SAN and NAS storage
• Ensure backup and disaster recovery across data centers, with periodic restore tests
• Maintain the network (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN) and the links to remote sites
• Work with the SOC on the analysis of security events and on vulnerability management
• Carry out changes through structured processes, with impact analysis and rollback plan, and keep documentation up to date
• Automate recurring tasks and contribute to the information security management system (ISO/IEC 27001)

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a degree or diploma in IT (Swiss AFC/EFZ, higher technical school, university of applied sciences or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer in structured corporate environments, who has already managed heterogeneous infrastructures independently.

Requirements:

• Solid command of Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware vSphere
• Hands-on experience administering Linux from the command line
• Good networking knowledge (VLAN, routing, firewalls, VPN)
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash or Python)
• A methodical approach, a strong sense of responsibility and care for documentation
• Languages: Italian essential; fluent English (minimum B2); German, with Swiss German as an advantage
• Willingness to make short business trips within Switzerland and Italy; driving licence

Nice to have: experience with Fibre Channel SAN storage, Cisco and Fortinet, Veeam and Zerto, SIEM and EDR solutions, IP telephony infrastructure, and industry certifications (VMware, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Red Hat).

The position

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work on both the frontend and the backend of our web applications. Working alongside designers, stakeholders and the rest of the development team, you will build and maintain dynamic web applications and APIs, keep them fast and secure, and help shape the digital solutions we deliver to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop websites, web applications and APIs, on both frontend and backend
• Create mockups and implement them in HTML/CSS
• Maintain and optimize existing Laravel (PHP) and WordPress solutions
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB)
• Optimize application performance and deliver a seamless user experience
• Apply security best practices at every stage of development
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers using Git/SVN/TFS version control
• Write code documentation and follow development best practices

Your profile

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and PHP
• Experience with MVC frameworks and CMS
• Knowledge of Bootstrap and at least one of Angular, React or Vue.js
• 2+ years with version control systems (Git/SVN/TFS)
• Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Solid understanding of web architectures and REST/SOAP APIs
• Languages: Italian essential (native or full professional proficiency); English (minimum B1)

Nice to have: TypeScript, Angular/Node.js, software testing and related frameworks, hosting server management in Linux environments, SEO and social media knowledge.
