After upgrading CUCM to version 14 we noticed a strange behavior with ATA 190s.
Despite the option 150 in the DHCP informing which is the TFTP server and therefore the Call Manager, the ATA 190 fails to register properly.
WORKAROUND
To solve the problem, we logged into the ATA 190 Web interface, logging in with the factory reset credentials, which are admin/admin, and manually set, under Voice > Provisioning, the Call Manager address and the domain it belongs to.
This fixed the problem and now the ATA 190s are working perfectly.
