On latest versions of Windows 11, the installer no longer allows creation of local user account.
Apply the following workaround to allow creation of a local user account.
N.B.:The PC/LAPTOP must not be connected to a network (WIFI, LAN).
Follow the Windows installation setup until asks to connect to a network or add a Microsoft account to continue with the installation.
Press SHIFT + F10
A command prompt will appear, please type the following sentence:
OOBEBYPASSNRO
The pc will reboot and the installation will restart.
Follow the setup until Windows ask to connect to a network
Now a new botton "I don't have internet" will appear.
Press button "I don't have internet" to proceed with a "limited setup" where will allow you to create a local user account.
On some versions, Microsoft may require a mandatory Microsoft account before proceeding with installation setup (usually in Windows 11 Home build).
You can proceed with the same procedure, and in this case you must click on each "skip" button proposed during the installation.
